everyday is halloween!

yep, it is the first full day of the most wonderful time of the year, THE SPOOKY SEASON.  the weather certainly turned cooler with clouds & a chance of rain.  quite autumnal.  despite all the terrible shit going on & around us it is absolutely critically important that we be kind with each other & with ourselves.  that also means taking our pleasures from, & with, the people we love & things that we love.  so in that spirit, & to start out halloweentime, here is a cartoon that breaks in the humor of any creative person - be him/her/they a poet, painter, filmmaker, songwriter, even finishing carpenter et al. - who also went to grad school to get an advanced degree married with the time-honored halloween tradition of trick r' treating!
